How long does shipping take?
We offer same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2 PM. Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 business days, while express shipping arrives within 1-2 business days depending on your location.
Do I need to show ID when my order arrives?
Yes. In compliance with alcohol delivery laws, someone over the age of 18 (or 21 depending on region) must be present to sign for the delivery and provide a valid government-issued photo ID.
What happens if a bottle or can is damaged during transit?
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the package and contact our support team within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Can I track my order in real-time?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link to monitor your beer's journey from our warehouse to your door.
